Believe it or not, I started Admin Virtuosa by accident.
Crazy, right?
You see, back in 2021, I was ready to get back to work after burning out in my corporate role and taking time to start a family. What started as a goal to rejoin the workforce in a way that allowed me to safeguard my mental health and do what makes me happy, turned into an overarching mission to provide much needed business support to the small businesses and entrepreneurs who need it the most.
You see, unlike corporate roles with established teams that work together towards a common goal, entrepreneurs and small business owners are alone in running every facet of their business. This results in overwhelm and burnout.

Louisa a certified online business manager and the face of Admin Virtuosa. After more than 15 years as a business administrator, Louisa still geeks out on administrative systems and optimizing business workflows. Her speciality is operations management, strategic business management, strategic business planning, launch planning and system implementation. If you’re looking for someone driven and focused to help streamline your business, Louisa will make that happen.

Dana is our fractional marketing manager, planning ways for us to reach new clients and creating content to carry those plans out.
